Madison, Wisconsin kitchen planning guide

Privacy Notice

*Last updated: August 9, 2026*

Madison Kitchen Remodels offers room-planning guidance and an optional introduction service. This notice tells you what the site collects, why it is needed and when it may be shared.

What can you choose to send?

The project form may collect your name, email address, optional phone number, property city and ZIP code, optional address, project scope, current-kitchen details, desired result, possible building-system changes, budget, timing and other facts you submit.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, bank facts, door codes, passwords, medical facts or other sensitive data.

How are submitted facts used?

Information may be used to:

  • review the project and name missing planning details;
  • respond to the enquiry;
  • name the likely permit jurisdiction;
  • assess possible fit with an independent business;
  • make an optional business introduction; and
  • maintain records needed to operate, protect and improve the service.

When an introduction is appropriate, the facts needed to discuss the project may be shared with an independent business. That business handles the facts under its own practices after receiving them.

Information is not sold as a list of mobile numbers. The site does not currently offer SMS marketing or publish a phone contact route.

Form business

The project form is provided by Tally. Information entered in the form is processed through Tally’s service and delivered to the site operator. Review Tally’s own privacy facts before using the form if you need more detail about its processing.

Analytics

Google Analytics 4 now counts visits to these Madison planning guides. It also records a named lead event after the project form is sent. This helps show which pages people use and whether the enquiry path works. Google signals and ad-personalization signals are switched off in the site settings.

Google may process device, browser, page, approximate-location and interaction data for this measurement. A successful Tally submission sends a generate_lead event to the site’s Analytics property; the form details themselves are handled through the form route described above.

Basic hosting and security systems may process technical request facts needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, browser data, requested pages and timestamps.

Retention and protection

Project facts are kept only as long as reasonably needed to reply, manage a possible introduction, keep business records and meet legal or security needs. Reasonable safeguards are used, but no internet service can promise complete security.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct or delete facts you submitted, subject to legal and operational record rules. Use the contact page and provide enough facts to name the request.

Changes to this notice

This notice may be updated when the site’s forms, analytics, contact methods or referral process change. The current date will appear at the top.

Independent provider notice: Independent planning and referral website. It is not a contractor, designer or government office. Any introduced business is separate and responsible for credentials, assessment, permits, price, contract, work and follow-up.
